Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that Angie Jewels & Co. is unable to accept and must cancel. Angie Jewels & Co. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or error in the product origin information, or problems identified as part of credit and fraud avoidance. Angie Jewels & Co. also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Angie Jewels & Co. will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your PayPal account or credit card has been charged, Angie Jewels & Co. will issue a credit to your PayPal account or credit card in the amount of the charge. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Angie Jewels & Co. reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer.

Order Processing

All orders (except special orders) will be shipped out from our store within 2-3 business days upon receipt of full payment. If the item is out of stock, we will let you know the expected delivery date.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders within Malaysia will be shipped via Gdex Malaysia, Skynet or similar courier services, depending on your location.

Orders from outside of Malaysia will be shipped as restricted registered mail (EMS) on approval. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered via standard ground transportation, which takes up to 10 business days. You may request express delivery, which takes approximately 3 business days, for an additional charge. Processing time for in-stock items is approximately 2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time.

The tracking number will be advised via email once your order has been shipped.

Duties & Taxes

International orders (orders from outside of Malaysia) may be subjected to your country’s custom duties and taxes. You are responsible for the customs duties or taxes, if any. Kindly check with your Local Customs Office for the duties and taxes.

Shipping Address

A street address is required for delivery. P.O.Box addresses are NOT acceptable. All shipments must be signed off by you. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.  Kindly provide us with your company’s name, department, designation, and full address if you prefer to deliver your order to your workplace.
